The eight subjects were three females and rye males elementary students in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. They showed common difficulties in peer relationships and low self-esteem. The whole sessions were 8 and each session assigned for 90minutes which consisted with relaxation(10), kinetic games(10), structured games(25), discussion(15), and free play(30). Before beginning these sessions, HTP and MMTBC were administered with children. After the termination HTP was readministered. Two times of parental meeting were held with the mothers of these subjects. The mothers were asked to make evaluations for their children¢¥s behavior change and for the program as a feedback.
The results skewed that the children¢¥s behaviors indicated positive effects in their peer relationships. However, this study discussed about generalization to improve self-esteem and social interaction, consider age differences, reliability of the test materials, and counsel1ing methods for parents.
